The name of the movie, "Threads," in my opion, it trasmits the threads of family generation realtionship and love realationship which represent through the main actress name "Ruth".
Ruth fall in love with her boyfreind before the war and she was pregnant during the War period which is danger for her baby but she try to protect her blood. Therefore, I think she is the good example to show the meaning of a word "Threads".

i really agree that Ruth os the good example for any human to follow since although she was pregnant during the war but she did not give up to her life. She still fight to survive and to protect her child until her child was born. In this case,others may decide to take their baby out or may make the other decision by end of their life. This maybe the meaning of thread which is the treads between mother and her child that will never be cut or apart.

I think the title refers to the effects of nuclear that link together, for example, the fallout contaminated foods and weather which weakened people. People lived in fear and distrust others. Agricultural problems raise due to the weak labor, weather, and lack of facilities. The next generations are uneducated. These problems connected together and they are caused by a single incident, the nuclear explosion.

haha i cant help you in that situation. But for me I think it is the fact that everybody will face in that situation.
ReplyDeleteps. I just notice that the begining of tis film use a spider while it spin a web, which represent all of people in society need to be interdependent.
I quite agree with Singhol though since I think that this films just only make people worry about the bomb too much and it also sometimes made me think that if i were in that situation would there be any better choice? and how could I survive under that situation?
